Community Partners

As a 501(c)3 organization in a rural area, The Foundation of Heart Mountain Free Clinic (FHMFC) depends on partnerships and affiliations to be successful. We proudly post information here about the wonderful organizations and coalitions that support our work.

  • Advantage Rehab

    Advantage Rehab partners with FHMFC to provide the Physical Therapy clinics. 

  • Canyon Therapy

    Canyon Therapy partners with FHMFC to provide the Physical Therapy clinics. 

  • Christ Episcopal Church

    The Christ Episcopal Church Mission Committee through the Bargain Box provides FHMFC funding to provide medications to our patients.   Christ Episcopal Church and HMFC also partner to provide several programs-  The Poverty Simulations, The Building a Brighter Future Today classes.

  • Cody Medical Foundation

    The Cody Medical Foundation partners with FHMFC to provide funds for Mental Health and Substance Abuse Evaluations.

  • Cody Regional Health

    The Cody Regional Health provides free labs and x-rays for patients.  CRH, Behavioral Health also provides substance abuse evaluations.  

  • Cody Soroptimist

    The Soroptimist International of Cody provides funds to support women with free medical care. 

  • The Foundation for the Episcopal Diocese of Wyoming

    The Foundation for the Episcopal Diocese of Wyoming provides funding for the Christ Episcopal Church and HMFC partnership programs.  The Poverty Simulations, The Building a Brighter Future Today classes, and the First Stop Help Center of Park County are financially supported by the Foundation for The Episcopal Diocese of Wyoming. 

  • First Bank of Wyoming

    The First Bank of Wyoming has generously provided a matching grant for HMFC during the 2022-2023 fiscal year. What a great community partner they are! 

  • Hope Lutheran Church Powell

    Hope Lutheran Church has partnered with FHMFC to provide an office space in Powell. This allows us to see a larger amount of clients and serve a wider range of the community.

  • St John's Episcopal Church

    FHMFC is partnering with St. John's Episcopal Church to fund an expansion of services throughout the Big Horn Basin area.  With funding from the Foundation for the Episcopal Diocese of Wyoming FHMFC will be able to serve more people in the Basin than ever before.

  • Veritatis Splendor Counseling

    FHMFC partners with Veritatis Splendor Counseling to provide Mental Health evaluations and treatment.  

  • Yellowstone Behavioral Health

    FHMFC partners with Yellowstone Behavioral Health (YBH) to provide Mental Health patients with evaluations and treatment.

  • Wyoming Community Foundation

    The Wyoming Community Foundation is a wonderful partner with FHMFC! The Saylak Family Unrestricted Endowment Fund and the LEK Endowment Fund through the Wyoming Community Foundation Board have generously granted FHMFC operating funds for the 2022-2023 fiscal year.

  • United Methodist Church Cody

    Cody United Methodist Church is a consistent donor for HMFC. They also offer meeting space and time volunteered. They are a wonderful resource in the community and we are happy to partner with them.
