  • Executive Director

    Anthony Is a native to Park County. He has dedicated his career to serving the community and the people in it, his people. Anthony enjoys spending time with his family, walking with his dog, and talking about Jesus.

Board Of Directors

  • Ann Armel - Lead Chair - Secretary

    Ann began working with people with disabilities when she was 19 years old. In working toward a career in human services, she obtained a Master’s degree in Education Counseling and a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling. The last 13 years of her career has been working with employment options for people with disabilities.  She is currently on the WY Advisory Panel for Students with Disabilities and works with other State agencies and service providers to facilitate service delivery for students with disabilities.  In working with these groups Ann recognizes the need many of our youth have for quality, available and consistent healthcare.  Her interest in HMFC is to continue growing connections to help our community and to ensure that healthcare is not a barrier to other life choices.

  • Troy Brown - Treasurer

    Troy was born and raised in Cody.  After attending Northwest College and graduating from the University of Wyoming he worked in the oil industry on the east coast and in Houston.  He had the opportunity to return to Cody and has worked for First Bank of Wyoming for over 10 years.  Troy enjoys spending time with his daughter, parents, and siblings.  He also enjoys bicycling, music, camping, collecting antiques, and keeps busy working around the house and yard.

  • Pastor Emily Rettinghouse

    Pastor Emily serves as the pastor of Cody United Methodist Church. She has been in Cody for 4 years and serves as a chaplain for the Cody police department, and has a deep love of pastoral care and counseling. She and her husband have a beautiful daughter, Thea, who is two. In her free time, she likes to be outdoors, reading, or recording her podcast Ravel. Pastor Emily enjoys Chicago sports, Chinese food, and crime shows. She is very excited to be on the HMFC Board!

  • Caroline Diaz

    Caroline served on the HMFC Board previously (2010-2018).  We are very excited that has returned.  She is from Powell, WY, and works at the Powell School District.  Since the start of HMFC, she has served as a translator for our Spanish-speaking clients. We so appreciate her using her skills and abilities to help our Spanish-speaking patients.

  • Mackenzie Scott

    Mackenzie was born and raised in Cody, Wyoming. She has a deep love for the outdoors and the people that make up our community. She currently works at Children’s Resource Center as a Family Service Coordinator and has been involved with other endeavors of community outreach and service within the last few years. In her free time, she can be found exploring new areas, hiking, camping, riding horses, and enjoying a good book. Mackenzie has a deep passion for serving others and finding effective ways to support those in her community. She is excited to serve on the HMFC board.

  • Megan Krupp

    Megan has great pride and long ties to Park County, and the surrounding basin. She was raised on Heawrt Mountain, and graduated from Powell High School. Megan attended Northwest College with and interest in criminal justice and business management and Flathead Valley Community College in nursing. She has a strong desire to support and grow this beautiful community. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her three children and their family pets. They love to go rock hunting, paddle boarding, and camping.

  • Stephanie Weed

    After many years in the real estate investment and entrepreneurial education business, Stephanie Weed is currently in her dream job as the Director of Community Relations at Absaroka Senior Living. Seniors, children and animals are her passions. She also finds tremendous gratification from serving others by cooking for them. Stephanie has been volunteering at Heart Mountain Free Clinic for over a decade and has just now proudly joined the Board of Directors. She has also served other Cody Community organizations such as Food4Kids, Cody Chamber of Commerce Board, Cody Chamber Ambassador and Cody Soroptimists.

    Her desire is to support the Heart Mountain Free Medical Clinic’s priceless mission to serve the underserved and at risk here in Cody by being an active board member of the organization.on goes here
