This means we provide on-site health and wellness programs, services, resources and referrals, activities, and classes all in one place. We meet the needs of our community, strengthening Wyoming families and individuals.
When we look at the environment around us, we realize that every social policy is, in essence, a health policy. The environments that shape our daily lives matter.
Health does not begin in a doctors office; it begins where we live, learn, work, and play. By addressing the Social Determinates of Health, like access to nutritious food, safe housing, and economic stability - we can shift from simply treating illness to building communities where everyone has the power to thrive.
